How does E-Makro select which products to sell?
E-Makro looks to see whether a product has been successfully crowdfunded, and therefore meets our initial criteria. The product is then carefully reviewed to ensure it is fit for purpose, meets our standards of excellence, and is ready for sale to the public. Once satisfied that the product offers value to our customers, we partner with the creator and allow them to sell their item or items on E-Makro.com.
Can you explain your pricing structure?
Each and every one of the products available for purchase on E-Makro.com have been selected for their quality and innovative nature. Due to their exclusivity, stock numbers are limited and availability is scarce, both of which are factors which add to their value.
Due to the fact that we work directly with the producers, we request that customers bear in mind that certain products start production once an order is placed. In these instances, we request that our customers are patient and understand that the waiting period ranges from 2-4 weeks.
Do I need to have an E-Makro account to purchase a product?
You do not need to set up an E-Makro account in order to make a purchase via the site, as there is an option to purchase your product as a ‘guest’. Should you choose this option, rest assured that your name, address, contact information, and payment details are not retained by E-Makro following your transaction.
How do I set up an E-Makro account?
Setting up your personal E-Makro account is a straightforward process which should only take a couple of minutes. Simply click on this link, and provide your name, shipping address, and choose a password with which to access your account. Following this, you will receive an email confirmation, and then you will be able to log in to your E-Makro account and purchase products from our varied range.
Why should I set up an E-Makro account?
Setting up an E-Makro account will make the ordering process both swift and efficient next time you wish to make a purchase. Furthermore, it will allow you to track your orders, view your order history, and save your preferences, shipping address, and payment information. You can also save products to your ‘Wish List.’ Should you not wish to set up an account, you will not be able to track your orders, and you will have to re-enter your personal information each time you make a purchase from our online store.
I forgot my password. How can I login to my account?
Simply click the “Forgotten Your Password?” link when you next try to login, and E-Makro will email you with further instructions.
What does “pre-order” and “in stock” mean?
When you see ‘pre-order’ next to a product in the E-Makro store, this means that the product may still be in production by the creator. When this occurs, E-Makro takes pre-orders for products which we know are going to be fantastic… and which we predict to be highly popular with our customers. Once a product is available for purchase, the product will be listed as ‘in stock’.
Are E-Makro products deemed safe?
All E-Makro products have been tested and meet all safety requirements and legislation, making them safe for sale. We care deeply about the wellbeing of our customers, and your safety and satisfaction is our utmost priority.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept both Visa and Mastercard, or you can check out using K-NET (Kuwait).
When will my payment be processed?
If your selected product is marked as “pre-order”, we will collect payment as soon as your order has been placed. The reason for this is that the quantity of pre-order products is often extremely limited and availability is scarce.
Why has my card payment been declined?
E-Makro does not decline orders or card payments. If you are using a credit card and your payment has been declined, we advise that you contact your card provider directly for information.
Am I able to cancel an order that has already been submitted?
We are sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your order. Should there be anything we can assist with before you cancel, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Service team via our contact page, who will be only too happy to help you.
Should you still wish to cancel your order, then please select the order via your account page. You can choose to either cancel an individual item, or your entire order. We will then be in touch via email to let you know whether the cancellation request was received in time, and can be processed.
If we are unable to process your cancellation request, this will be due to the fact that the order has already been processed by the dispatches team, and has been prepared for delivery. Items in stock are processed swiftly in order to provide a timely service to our customers. If your item has already been processed and/or is already out for delivery, please visit our Returns Policy, where you will find the information required for sending the order back to us instead.
Where can I purchase E-Makro products?
At present, E-Makro products are available exclusively via our website www.e-makro.com.
Does E-Makro accept returns?
We accept returns on the basis of product malfunction or error. Should your product be malfunctioning or feature an error, your product will be eligible for return and a full refund. Please bear in mind that we cannot accept returns for any other reasons.

Can I track the delivery status of my order?
Yes. When we ship an order, you will receive an email from us letting you know that your item has been processed for delivery and is on its way to you. The email will include a unique tracking number.
While we aim for a swift and seamless service, please note that delivery may take up to 10 days. Additionally, please bear in mind that certain products start production once an order is placed. In these instances, we request that our customers are patient and understand that the waiting period ranges from 2-4 weeks.
